In the past our volunteers have done everything from stuffing event bags to modeling in a fashion show, from helping with registration to blowing up balloons. We honestly couldn't have had a successful event without our volunteers.

We need your help. Volunteers that commit to 4 hours or more earn admission to the event. Please complete the volunteer form on the left. You will be asked to complete and sign an agreement form at a later date than will contain a schedule and duty opportunities. We are limited to 20 volunteer tickets for this event. If you sign up, please be sure you can commit to attending the volunteer planning meeting that will be scheduled prior to the day of the event; and a minimum of 4 hours the day of the event.

All volunteers are required to attend the Volunteer Planning Party close to the day of the event to go over last minute details and instructions while enjoying wine and tasty appetizers.

If you are already a sponsor or showcase table vendor, or have already purchased your tickets and still want to help out…we can still put you to work--especially at the bag-stuffing day, making name tags, wrapping raffle items, collecting raffle items, etc.
